General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

for taantech.de / Taan Handy & Computer

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of devices and accessories and for repair services between:

Taan Handy & Computer

Sonnenallee 21, 12047 Berlin, Germany

and both:

• consumers and
• business customers

unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

The offers on our website do not constitute a legally binding offer.

The contract is concluded only after written order confirmation or delivery/completion of repair.

3. Prices and payment

Prices include statutory VAT where applicable.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.

We reserve the right to refuse orders in justified cases.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made within Germany and the EU.

Order processing begins after receipt of payment.

Partial deliveries are permitted if reasonable.

5. Repair services

The customer submits the device for repair at their own responsibility.

We are not liable for data loss; customers are advised to back up data.

Repair duration depends on defect and spare part availability.

6. Right of withdrawal (distance contracts)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing goods online.

Exception for repairs

If the customer expressly requests that repair begins before the end of the withdrawal period

and the service is partially or fully performed,

the right of withdrawal may lapse subject to compensation.

7. Warranty

• Statutory warranty applies to goods
• For repair services, we grant 12 months warranty on replaced parts only

Warranty does not cover:

• liquid damage
• mechanical shock
• misuse
• attempted self-repair

8. Liability

Liability for indirect damages or data loss is excluded.

Liability for intent, gross negligence, and personal injury remains unaffected.

9. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

10. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

German law applies.

For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
